In addition to these conditions, the following specific General Terms and Conditions apply to the Work accepted by The Gridbuilder:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/main><!-- close content main element --><\/div><\/div>\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-6kr1t3-163bbd63aca3d48e96d774454afbb6e6\">\n.avia-section.av-6kr1t3-163bbd63aca3d48e96d774454afbb6e6{\nmargin-top:0px;\nmargin-bottom:70px;\n}\n<\/style>\n<div id='av_section_2'  class='avia-section av-6kr1t3-163bbd63aca3d48e96d774454afbb6e6 alternate_color avia-section-large avia-no-border-styling  avia-builder-el-4  el_after_av_section  avia-builder-el-last  calculatortool cookiecontent avia-bg-style-scroll container_wrap fullsize'  ><div class='container av-section-cont-open' ><div class='template-page content  av-content-full alpha units'><div class='post-entry post-entry-type-page post-entry-1896'><div class='entry-content-wrapper clearfix'>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-fxdjb-39a5545efea0622e9c4c70a7c1a6eee2\">\n#top .flex_column.av-fxdjb-39a5545efea0622e9c4c70a7c1a6eee2{\nmargin-top:0px;\nmargin-bottom:0px;\n}\n.responsive #top #wrap_all .flex_column.av-fxdjb-39a5545efea0622e9c4c70a7c1a6eee2{\nmargin-top:0px;\nmargin-bottom:0px;\n}\n<\/style>\n<div  class='flex_column av-fxdjb-39a5545efea0622e9c4c70a7c1a6eee2 av_one_full  avia-builder-el-5  avia-builder-el-no-sibling  leverancierscolumn first flex_column_div av-animated-generic pop-up  '     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-lppck2lp-f80e479d6a34ce9efc29d44b9e64fa4a '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 Definitions<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The AVIC definitions apply, in addition:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Gridbuilder B.V., located in Monnickendam, at Kerkstraat 17, registered in the trade register <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">under number 91892759 and registered with VAT number NL002985064B05, accessible via <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">email info@thegridbuilder.nl, contractor, trading as The Gridbuilder;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You are the natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business to whom an offer has been made;<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Parties: You and The Gridbuilder together;<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Custom Quotation: the quotation as issued to You by The Gridbuilder with a description of the Work;<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Installation: The components in accordance with the Custom quote, possibly including a solar panel system, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">control systems, electrical installation, storage systems, EMS and\/or other components.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Agreement: the agreement for the Work based on the conditions as laid down in the Custom Quotation, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">AVIC and these General Terms and Conditions;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2\u200b Customized energy storage<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2.1 The Gridbuilder will properly prepare the energy storage quotation for your home \/ business. However, this in no way means that the Energy Plan can be regarded as a study within the meaning of the energy performance regulations of the Dutch government, into the energy performance of the building or an energy performance certificate. Nor can The Gridbuilder be considered an energy performance expert within the meaning of the aforementioned regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2.2 For the design we choose when making our battery storage calculation, we take into account the energy consumption of the home \/ asset, the users, the desired storage capacity, the generation from solar panels and the total power of the asset. We opt for a technical design that best suits the specific situation and customer wishes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2.3\u200b You declare that you are aware that the savings, as calculated indicatively by The Gridbuilder in the quotation, are indicative and that the annual savings that You can realize with the Work delivered by The Gridbuilder partly depends on factors outside the The Gridbuilder&#8217;s sphere of influence, including:<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2.3.1\u200b variation in climatic conditions in any year (e.g. amount of sunshine, winter temperatures);<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2.3.2\u200b changes in your power consumption behavior;<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2.3.3\u200b changes in (flex) electricity prices;<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2.3.4\u200b Tax and regulatory changes.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2.4 The Gridbuilder excludes any liability for the factors mentioned in 2.3 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">expressly for the Work it has delivered<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3\u200b Delivery and execution of the Work<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3.1 Components delivered to You for installation must be adequately managed by You and not damaged or disposed of until ownership has been transferred to You.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3.2 You declare that there is no asbestos present in the room(s) where the Installation is to be installed.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3.3 You have your own obligation to investigate the extent to which the noise level of the installation, which is specified in the Custom Quotation, is acceptable for yourself and your environment. There must also be sufficient ventilation<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3.4 When installing the storage, the minimum and maximum ambient temperatures must be taken into account to ensure proper functioning.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3.5.\u200b The level of finish of any pipes\/cabling never includes carpentry or repair work on cladding. These are always at your own expense.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3.6 You declare that the roof surfaces, floors, walls on which solar panels or battery storage are installed are in good structural condition. The Gridbuilder is not liable for damage caused by the fact that the surface such as roof or floor cannot support the extra ballast.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3.7 If a roof surface on which solar panels are installed is convex or concave, you are aware that the solar panels may not form a completely even surface relative to each other.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3.8 The Gridbuilder is never liable for deviations in the expected energy consumption or energy generation of the Installation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Gridbuilder makes every effort not to cause damage to the home \/ asset during the work. The Gridbuilder is not liable for damage that unexpectedly arises and that could not be avoided by exercising the normal caution that can reasonably be expected from professionals. Making boreholes is not considered damage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">4 Financing<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u200b4.1\u200b If there are subsidy schemes, the Gridbuilder can advise on this<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u200b4.2 If desired, The Gridbuilder can provide you with information about the Work that can help you make a choice for <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">a form of financing. The Gridbuilder does not act as an advisor or intermediary within the meaning of Dutch law. The financing is also not part of this Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5 Payment and cancellation of order<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u200b5.1\u200b Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing or electronically, payment for the assignment (including the Work) will take place in the following termines:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5.1.1\u200b 30% of the hardware total invoice order so we can order the hardware;<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5.1.2 100% of the remaining invoice at the start of the Work;<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5.1.3 Additional work invoice after delivery<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5.2 In the event of cancellation of an ordered order 2 weeks before the start of the execution, The Gridbuilder will charge the costs incurred <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">for the preparation, ordering costs and logistics of the installation. This corresponds to 15% of the order amount with a minimum of 500 euros excl. VAT.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5.3 If the customer still wants to return the ordered materials 2 weeks after delivery, in addition to the disassembly costs, the call-out costs and shipping costs will also be charged. The customer is responsible for delivering in the original packaging to prevent damage to products. Any repair work to the building regarding disassembly will be borne by the customer.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5.4 The manufacturer and\/or wholesalers may unexpectedly increase material costs on the hardware to be supplied if delivery and installation is postponed for a long time at the customer&#8217;s request.
